This privacy policy statement (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Brooog, LTD. and our affiliates (“Brooog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) obtain, use, store, change, disclose, and delete personal data as it relates to Brooog's web services and optional accounts. This Privacy Policy is a part of and is incorporated into the Brooog, LTD. End User Agreement.

If you have any privacy or personal data concern related to any of Brooog's products, services, or practices, please contact us at [email protected]. Please also review our other relevant agreements: END USER AGREEMENT.

1. BROOOG'S ZERO DATA & NO REGISTRATION GUARANTEE (VPN SERVICES)

Your privacy is our mission. For our Virtual Private Network (VPN) Services, we do not collect any data whatsoever, and no registration is required. You can connect completely anonymously without providing any credentials, emails, or user profiles.

We absolutely DO NOT monitor, store, or log:

  • Any data regarding your VPN connection or session usage.
  • Browsing history, websites visited, or content accessed during your session.
  • Traffic destinations, data content, or DNS queries.
  • VPN connection timestamps, duration, or session metadata.
  • Your original IP address or connected device identifiers.
  • Server usage or bandwidth consumption that can be linked to a specific user.

Because no registration is required and zero logs are kept on our VPN infrastructure, it is technologically impossible for us or any third party to link internet activity to an individual user.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

IMPORTANT: OUR VPN SERVICES REQUIRE NO REGISTRATION AND COLLECT ZERO DATA. DATA COLLECTION BELOW APPLIES ONLY TO OPTIONAL WEB HOSTING, VPS, OR CLIENT PORTAL ACCOUNTS.

2.A. PERSONAL DATA THAT YOU PROVIDE (Optional Account Registration)

Upon your voluntary registration for optional web services or management portals, we collect certain personal data directly from you:

  • First and last name.
  • Email address.
  • Username and password (stored in a “hashed” format via a one-way cryptographic hash function).
  • Company name (if applicable).
  • Web form submissions, support emails, or online chat messages.

2.B. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

When interacting with our website portals (excluding encrypted VPN tunnels), standard technical logs may include:

  • Browser type and operating system.
  • Time zone, connection language, and country.
  • Website usage data in accordance with our Cookies Policy.

2.C. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT FROM OTHER SOURCES

We collect payment history regarding our optional Web Services (but not your full payment card information) from third-party payment processors (e.g., Google, Apple, PayPal, Amazon, Stripe, and Paymentwall).

3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We use personal data collected from optional web accounts for the following purposes and legal bases:

To provide Web Services:

To process your web orders and manage optional client accounts.

Legal Basis: Performance of a Contract.

To improve our Services:

Analyzing and improving website platform performance and discovering technical issues.

Legal Basis: Our Legitimate Interests.

For security and fraud prevention:

Detecting and preventing fraud or illegal activity on web hosting management portals.

Legal Basis: Our Legitimate Interests and Compliance with Legal Obligations.

For marketing:

To send promotional communications to subscribed web hosting accounts.

Legal Basis: Your Consent or Our Legitimate Interests.

4. WHEN AND WHY WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA

4.A. VPN Services Personal Data (The Zero-Sharing Guarantee)

Because Brooog does not require registration or collect any data on our VPN Services, we have zero user data to share, transfer, sell, rent, or disclose to third parties for ANY purpose.

4.B. General Web Services Personal Data

Brooog does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We share web client account information with service providers for everyday business purposes, including:

  • Cloud infrastructure hosting providers.
  • Payment processors (e.g., Google, Apple, PayPal, Amazon, Stripe, Paymentwall).
  • Customer support and communication platforms.

4.C. Legal Disclosures and Business Transfers

We may share optional web account information when required by lawful legal processes (such as court orders or subpoenas). Because VPN sessions are unlogged, no VPN data exists to be disclosed.

4.D. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA/CPRA)

Brooog does not sell or "share" personal information for monetary consideration under California law.

5. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Because our VPN service requires no registration and collects zero data, there are no user profiles or browsing records to access or erase for VPN usage. For optional web hosting accounts, you retain standard privacy rights:

  • Right of Access: Request a copy of personal data held about your web account.
  • Right to Correction/Rectification: Request correction of web account data.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of web account data.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: Request us to limit processing.
  • Right to Data Portability: Request transfer of web account data.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for marketing processing.
  • Right to Object: Object to legitimate interest processing.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To request to exercise any rights related to optional web accounts, contact our team for identity verification:

Please send a detailed request to our Privacy Team at: [email protected]

6. WHERE AND HOW WE STORE PERSONAL DATA (SECURITY)

We use appropriate physical, electronic, technical, and organizational measures to secure and protect personal data using data encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and encryption at rest.

Since our VPN servers operate entirely without logging or writing user sessions to disk, user privacy is guaranteed natively by system architecture.

You should understand, however, that no safeguards are guaranteed to prevent unauthorized disclosure of web account data, and we cannot guarantee absolute exposure prevention for optional web profiles.

7. HOW LONG WE STORE PERSONAL DATA

We store zero seconds of logs for our VPN Services—activity data is never recorded or saved to disk.

For optional web client accounts, we retain personal data necessary for compliance with legal obligations and contractual performance for the longer of: (i) the required time period under applicable law; or (ii) seven years.

8. COPPA (CHILDREN'S PRIVACY)

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide personal information of any kind whatsoever to Brooog.

If a child provides us with personal information, a parent or legal guardian may contact us to obtain that information and/or delete it from our records by sending an email to [email protected].

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy as applicable laws, relevant technologies, and our data processing practices change. We will notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the updated policy on our website and in our applications.

The changes shall become effective upon such posting (as indicated by the "Last Updated:" date at the top of this Privacy Policy), or as otherwise required by applicable law. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
